We want you to be fully satisfied with your Google Store purchase, so most items can be returned within 15 calendar days of delivery for a full refund. Simply ensure the product is in its original condition and includes all original packaging and accessories.

Return Process

  Locate Your Order

  Sign in to your Google Store account and visit your Order History page to find the specific item you wish to return.

  Print Return Label

  Select the 'Return' option next to your item to generate and print a prepaid shipping label provided by Google.

• 3.
  Package Your Item

  Place the item securely in its original packaging, include any accessories, and attach the printed return label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off the package at an authorized carrier location and use the provided tracking number to monitor your return's progress to our warehouse.
